Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping is 3-5 business days. This timeframe does not include weekends or holidays; business days are Monday-Friday. All tracking numbers are provided when order has been shipped.
Regal is NOT responsible for:
- Delayed Packages
- Lost Packages
- Stolen Packages
- Packages marked as "delivered" by carrier
If any issue occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly with the provided tracking number. We will assist as much as possible, but lack control once the package is with the carrier.
