Refund policy

Because Regal prioritizes intimacy and the highest level of quality, we accept returns under limited conditions:

• The hair has been unused, remains intact, and undamaged.
  
• The product is in its original condition, including packaging,
• Request are made within 24 hours of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Once the return has been approved, store credit or an exchange in products will be issued.
