All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping to the United States is 3-5 business days.

This timeframe does not include weekends or holidays; business days are Monday-Friday. All tracking numbers are provided once the order has been shipped.

Regal is NOT responsible for:

- Lost Packages

- Stolen Packages

- Delayed Packages

- Packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier.

If an issue occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly with the provided tracking number. We will assist as much as possible, but lack control once the order is placed with the carrier.

Because Regal prioritizes intimacy and the highest level of quality, we accept returns under limited conditions:

• Hair has been unused, remains intact, and undamaged.
• Requests are made within 24 hours of delivery.
• The product remains in its original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Once the return has been approved, store credit or an exchange for products will be issued.

Orders may be cancelled only if they have NOT begun processing. Please note, all orders begin processing within the first 24 hours of payment. Once processing begins, the order cannot be cancelled.

Texture & Color: Because Regal only provides ethically sourced hair extensions - slight variations in color, texture, and curl pattern are normal and can be expected. This demonstrates each strand's authenticity and premium quality. Perfectly uniform hair has been processed and altered.

Hair Maintenance & Install: Regal is NOT responsible for:

• Improper Hair Care

• Heat Damage

We provide maintenance instructions with all orders, a section with hair care tips on our Instagram, and a free digital Hair Care for Hair Extensions guide accessible through Regal's website - to ensure the best experience for all customers. For styling and installation, a professional service is highly recommended.
